I downloaded it and everything seems to be in order save for a small detail; I notice that some of the horses have a different mesh type than the normal hunters and that they don't have LOD meshes which help the game run smoothly if they are ever applied to troops and/or used in high numbers so if you have the option it would be good to add those. :D
Other than that, looks good. :green:

Sorry about that. I told it to update and the site must have messed something up. I clicked the button that was supposed to let it know I was not going to upload anything just yet... but I uploaded the files and it should work alright now. :3

There was a flag in the BRF file that I missed when trying to fix them all. If it happens again and you can open the brf file you can go to the tex tab, click Makar, and change the flag to 000AA000 and it will fix the file. You're mod isn't broken it's just a common error that seems to pop up when a flag is wrong. @[email protected]
I reuploaded the files after fixing the error so it all should work now.

Would make it easier if there were ready-to-use python lines we could stuff into the bottom of the item_kinds text; also keeps it from erroring out with a "Too much mesh variation" box. It seems to like to do that when I use the wrong mesh ID and get a steppe horse confused with a hunter.
Are they all on a hunter mesh or is it a better idea to ID them according to that tack they are waring? Since there are hunters, steppes, and sumpters in the pack by the look of it?
I really like 5, 6, and 9 though. Nice work! :D

I actually quite enjoy this. XD This means I don't have to go in and do it myself! Yay! T'e people who don't like it can bugger off for now. If they want an inventory box where they can go get more arrows when they need 'em they can go wander the forums and figure out how to put one in. :3

It looks like the horses in this file are still on the .960 base and mesh, the .dds files for 1.003 are set up way different than the .960 ones are, so from the looks of it only people still using version .960 of M&B should download this file.

As for installing them, take the .dds files and put them in the textures folder of the mod you want to play, then put the .brf in the resource folder of the mod. Go to the module.ini text and at the bottom type in load_mod_resource = (brf file's name here)
Then go to the item_kinds.txt text in the mod and... from the looks of it you will need to create the python lines. Unless you have the easy item editor, but I've never used that.

I wish I could be of more use but creating a python line, since the .brf name and the .dds names are different I don't know where to put the .brf name in the line to make it read it. If someone else can give an example, much appriciated I'm sure. :-D Awsome horses in this though. oO

I've been playing for a while and really enjoy this mod, it's very well done so I think. I go to all the other mods, start to play and get all upset at the lack of sounds and variety in horses. XD I always go and get an appaloosa and change the stats.... <~~ big cheater but loves it anyway. I have absoloutly no bragging rights but I love this game and the mods to peices. X3333 :hammer: Especially this one.
