I know about that issue. It`s happening because I`ve added new script for generals guard but it`s not ready yet. I`m preparing new version as fast as I can, but I`m only human :P
In new version (including generals guard) you can find more armors for samurais, new troops-tree and new units.

Yep, there is some issues with stability. I think it`s because Warband engine sucks. I was put some good quality textures and I think there is a problem. To be honest, I have no issues with stability, but I have good GPU with a lot of memory...
Try set lower details or change resolution for textures. How? Use DXT1 Bitmap Manipulator to change texture files from .dds format to .jpg or .bmp, then change the resolution from 2048x2048 to 1024x1024 or lower (with Photoshop for example), but I don`t know what will happen if you do this, but I`m sure that will help.

No, I`m not do this. I`m making this mod for myself, so for me it`s ok as it is :)

I Re-Looked my stuff in the modules/.5 Shogun folder.

i installed the fix. propperly. still runtime error.

Check your Warband version. This mod is only compatible with v1.134. If this isn`t help, then maybe there is a problem with your pc. I don`t want to suggest you any reinstall or something, but maybe it`s the only way to make sure.

The weapons are far above average as graphic quality but the statistic of the armors are too low compare to ordinary Sea Rider chainmail. You deserve my special thanks and commendations for the bows with requirements of 9 levels of bow. I have 26 mods for Warband installed at the moment and this is the first and only real benefit for the Srenght and bow upgrades. :pint: But those with requirement of level 11 ... I found no way to use it. :-) Even with 33 Strenght I cant have more than 10 on bows. Armored horses, crossbows, firearms and maces aren`t common for the old Japanese so I`m impressed from your ability to avoid them in your mod for Mount & Blade insted to turn the game itself into another Mount and Musket/Cannon/Chanigun/Bazooka/Laser/Nuclear bomb/Blaster etc. The cursed firearms surpass every other weapons and turning the whole game into bloody chaos. And the sniper arquebus in character creation doesn`t help at all in this area. Kingdom management is a very good choise, some help into gathering garrisons is also a very good idea. No ruler may personaly run every detail after all. Some way to keep the moral at stake without constant fighting at least on a level not to lose my army from desertions will be greatly appreciated, even at the cost of some disadvantages. The finance system is quite ... well ... hard to maintan 100 and more soldiers as mercenaries. Some financial source except fiefs perhaps? To build or purchase trade outposts, some constructions in the towns maybe? Investment in caravans... anything?

Is it possible to be implemented some restrictions for the presence of the different clan soldiers in the same company? Perhaps when the player choose one clan only the soldiers of those clan to be available for use. And ordinary mercenaries, of course. The possibility of such wide mix of enemies in one group is a little strange.

The warrior monks and Ikko-Ikki sect (which are also warrior monks literaly) is another excellent idea. Accurate and fresh.

I`ll be watching with great interest the further development into your mod.

As you know, this is still a beta version, many things will be changed. But, maybe you know, maybe not, I`m alone with this mod and I can`t control everything in the same time. Relax. This mod will be one of the best mod ever :) I need more time to put all my ideas into this mod and I need constructive critics as well.
About crashes, blame TaleWorlds and their engine, not me. I`m trying to do my best to make wonderful weapons/armors/buildings, but everything have own price. More details = much powerful computer needed. I did`nt notice any crash or something, but my comp is high-end or something like that.
My specs:
CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1090T @ 3.80 GHz
GPU GF GTX570 1280 GDDR5
RAM 8 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
and other things.
So, as you can see, I can`t help you with crashes. Sorry for that :(

BTW fix is ready. I will edit first post when I upload it on MBR.

It happens because this version of mod is not compatible with newest version of Warband. But I`m working on it, and new version will be fully compatible with v1.134+

This is not just the outfit that the player can wear but also the Oda-Shinobi etc.... Pretty much all and anything related to Shinobi :D

ALSO another question. Does this support 1.134 !? Every so often I get crashes which are blamed C++ runtime errors

Well, it`s not completely compatible with v1.134. I know about that and I fixed it but for more results you have to wait for next release. Also I had to remove Polished Landscape. I don`t know why but this terrain-mod make more compatible issues. Maybe the newest version will fix it.

2) ninja (something oda elite warriors ) the have something strange on head/face , was normal in previous version
3) samurai swords are less sharp then ....f.e. nord swords
4) on the north still same medieval bandits /pirates/vikings doesnt matter how we can call them , sorry i dont remember
5) some armors too shiny , some of them look no good
6) too much medieval stuff in the shops

- new map of Japan is ready and is in the game right now, but I have to place cities and villages in correct places.
- shinobi masks/headgear are fixed
- all lords clothes are changed to Japanese armors
