It should be OK if you import the face pack to 1.011, but you must change the materials since the shader in 1.011 is different from Warband. Also 1.011 does not support normal map for face shader, without the normal map, the face looks much different from my screenshot. It is better to use it in Warband.

In this pic female has a face .It changes to no face and face .

Sorry, I don't know why this happened.It was normal in my game and I never heard someone met the same thing. Mybe you shall check your video option or update your video card driver?
Does anyone else who dl this file find such strange thing?
