Rename it to what you want:
\languages\en\parties.csv

The towns are existing today, thats better than using names that never was existing in the past or at the present: Amere (for example)

You can't download rar-files. Ok. Another user can't open 7z-files, because he was using another unpacking software. Ok. The next one wrotes a message that he don't like setups, I should pack it to rar and else. Ok...but...

strange... I can download and open ALL kinds of archive files. Also I have no problem with a self-extractable exe-file.

I'm the developer of this tool, I decided to release it via rar-archive. So you mustn't put three eye-rolling smileys because you are not able to download a simple rar archive... Thats not my problem!

It doesnt seem to corrupt the game but, I tried editing the "heroes" and raise up their lvls/skills by Alot, but when i started a new game they were the same default one.

1. I copied Native and renamed it Native Mod
2. Open Native Mod using your editor.
3. Troop.txt file> Edited the heroes. Update each one. Then save
4. Started new game
5. None of them were changed?

Ur txt editor seems identical to unofficial troop editor. I was very familiar with troop editor and succesfully edited things. but this one wont work.

Please use the official forum thread if you have problems ( see above in the description).
The troop editor is almost similar to Hokies, but with a lot of improvements (filter, copy functions, add and delete troops). Also Hokie made a link to my editor, because I will expand this tool to have lots of more features. currently I'm working at a menu editor.

Did you update the changes? Can the tool write to your harddrive? Are there time-stamped backups on your harddrive?
