Do you mean M&B native or Warband native? The mod is just native with the entrenchment added. Why would you need to move it to native?

There is a bug : CommonRes\fur_armors_a.brf

the mod cannot load

Please fix it

Make sure that you are running Warband, and not Mount & Blade, as this mod is for warband only. Download the file again if you still have problems. The mod compiles and runs fine on my end, so you either have a corrupted download or are running the wrong version.

Version 1.8 is up. This version fixes bugs, probably adds a few bugs, and fleshes out peasant relations a bit more. The way entrenchment works has also been updated. It will now be easier to return to a previous entrenchment.

Please report any bugs you find on the taleworlds forum topic linked above. I have little time for bug testing or actually playing the game  so I'm relying on bug reports.

This mod is great! I've picked up Warband now, and would like your mod's features there as well. Any odds you'll be doing a Warband port?

Possibly, but it will be at least two or three months before I even consider it. First I would like to get all the bugs fixed in the current features. Then I will be adding some graphical goodness. I would also like for warband to go through a few patches first.

The source code is included in the mod. If you don't want to wait for me to get around to it, you could port it over yourself or have someone else do it for you.

uploaded version 1.6.1 to fix some text bugs that made a presentation unreadable under certain circumstances. The fixed version is save game compatible.

Version 1.6 just uploaded.

This version fixes bugs and adds a supply wagon for use by your party.

The supply wagon must be commanded by a companion, so if you do not have one of the companions, you will only be able to use the supply wagon for additional storage.

If you lose your supply wagon to enemies, you can build a new one if you have 2 sumpter horses and tools in your inventory.

Version 1.5 is up.

Really hammered out quite a few bugs. I think you'll like the new way parties are selected for the messaging system attack function. You can now select castles, villages, towns, or parties on the map and hire someone to attack them.

Fixed some bugs with skirmishers and the messaging system. You should no longer get the invalid party id errors.

I've found some pretty severe bugs in this version after doing some more testing. You all may want to wait until version 1.4 to download, unless you want to contribute to testing for bugs.

Error in version 1.3  » posted under Ranger Company on Feb 28, 2010, 07:20:03 pm
Found an error shortly after uploading version 1.3.

In the following line is missing an underscore between "missed" and "duel" :

("missed duel", "fail to show up for a duel"),

The corrected line is thus:

("missed_duel", "fail to show up for a duel"),

You can either correct the error yourself and recompile, or download the corrected version.

The error will show up as bogus dialog when failing to meet for a duel.
Wow, I had no idea M&B could look so good. Can't wait for the full release and would love to add it to my mod. :pint: :pint: :pint: :pint: :pint:

The thing is i already Have serveral mods installed on my native and it would be a waste to make another native with only entrench,so any ways to maybe make it simple to install it into the existing Native? I have the Armory addon,Cattle Follow you,and More Arrows installed already.

There is no "easy" way. You need the source code of the other mods and you have to cut and paste code into them, then recompile it all.

The entrench kit has a compiled version of native with the entrench kit already installed. All you have to do is extract the rar file you downloaded. Inside it, you will find another rar file. Extract that one and copy and paste the folder you extracted to your module directory of M&B. When starting the game, make sure you pick Native Entrenched from the drop down menu that lists all of your mods. When you play the game, every time you camp, you have the option to entrench your camp. The menu will say "Build fortifications and wait here for some time". When you pick this option, you will spend some time camping until the fortifications are complete. If you are attacked after the fortifications are complete, then you will fight from a fortified position.
