Thank you. The half-ogre thing is due to ogre being forced to wear normal sized armour, I'll get to fixing it eventually :-) .There is nothing I can do about picking up giant weapons in battle. I haven't decided what to do about talking to summoned creatures yet, but it's not really a serious issue.

You are not a noob, the IronLauncher does not work for some people.

Ok, I will try and give you an attempted fix, you must read this closely:

Copy the 'Data' folder from inside the 'Giants vs Dwarves' folder.
Paste the 'Data' from the 'Giants vs Dwarves' folder into the 'Mount&Blade' folder.
Click yes to overwrite files.

Now run the mod as you would other mods.

Hopefully this helps ;-)

The faction renaming sets the faction name to the players name. So change your characters name to what you want your kingdom to be called, change kingdom name in camp menu, and change character name back.
The teleportation stones teleport you foward in the direction you are looking.
I'll fix the faces for next version.

It would help if you gave me some more detail, How are the factions unbalanced and in what way does summoning 'suck'?
The 'madame' thing is because the Mount&Blade checks if the player is male, and if not, they must be female (it doesn't take other races into account). I believe there is a way to fix it but I have yet to get around to it. Remember this is an early beta - and while feedback is appreciated, saying something 'sucks' is not helpful.

Try running it in compatability mode. (right click IronLauncher ->properties ->compatability ->choose an earlier OS.)

Can't get to the wizards at the moment. Turning of ragdolls is a good fix. I'll look into the arena thing (It's because the game tries to squeeze the giant into tiny armour).

It's hard to explain why they shake, but it can't really be fixed - leave it at that.

Trolls and Minotaurs will, but probably not Giants (I've tried it, and it's very hard to play as one).

V0.2 should easily be out before christmas.
No textures? may be a problem when you extract it. Make sure to run with iron launcher.
Iron launcher is inside the Giants vs Dwarves mod folder.
