This mod is a great idea, but poor in execution.

Firstly, it is in desperate need of a full Readme to explain what the player is supposed to do and what changes have been made. Why for example do the two different races have such different starting stats?

Other key aspects of the game are left for the player to randomly find. For example, after starving myself silly, I realised that food can be obtained from groves. Sadly, even once I hade figured this, collecting the food was a frustrating (and often fruitless PTP) exercise as the player has to "attack" the fruit on the tree, in order to pick it and it takes a long time to actually connect.

As there don't seem to be any mounts ingame, everything is infantry based, leading to the frequent stunlock, where you are surrounded and can't do anything about it. Also, early on it seems impossible to recruit anyone, so you are always on your own.

Also, as the game relies heavily on a bartering system, more inventory space is required, simply to be able to carry all the things that one requires in order to barter.

will not stop development. Waiting for next release.
Want to see wild animals in it :) . Some agressive,
other - for hunt, maybe hunting dog as companion.

Hi, i'm a newbie to this mode, looks nice anyway.
I think it needs some polishing, but i'll just wait for the folowing upgrades/patches.
By the way, how can i rest or sleep?
I also think it would be nice to enhance the wilderness survival subject, maybe with some camping, hunting and fishing, etc.
I don't know if its possible, but why not create some kind of damaging sistem based on the wheather and time of day so you should be forced to create defenses like building shelters, buy or make clothes or even firecrafting.
This is the kind of game I dream about, so I do have a lot of ideas.

Pretty cool mod! This was especially fun since it is pretty unique.

As a fan of survival simulators like Schiffbruch or Sapiens
and even oldies like The lost Tribe, This Paleolithic mod is
much fun! It was fun to see that I could become the
chief of my clan and order them to do things, and when i ran
out of grapes I just butchered a prisoner for some meat! The
trade system is also nice, gives the mod a real caveman touch.

I'm sure you know but there are a few probs, but this is far from complete mod?

1. Cant sleep anywhere (unless you get captured)
2. No mounts (probably lot of work?)
3. Inventory management can be tedious
4. cant craft simple tools yourself :-(
5. No troop upgrades

I really hope you develop this mod further Highlander! you have done a fine job with the other mods too! :hammer:

2. There were not any horses or other mounts used in this time, but in the next version, there will be a hard-to-find holy deer, you can ride.
3. I might make the player start with high imventory management skill.

5. Hmmm, there are troop upgrades. I'll look at it. That might be a bug.

I had unit upgrades but only the the units i captured when i took over a hidden camp the onces i took from my tribe wasnt upgradable.

one mod that i believe has potential to be the best mod is defnetly warhammer 40k is there any chance at all of a remake of this mod.

Best mod ever made. i downloaded version .808 just to play this mod and it is great. its a pity it cant be played on the newere versions :(

please make a newer version, this mod sounds promising and i like survival games!! >:)

One of my favorites mods ever. Thank you. Though, v0.808 is quite old and does not have all the improvements we have in the Warband engine. It would be nice... Ok, you know what I would like, so, I don't don't wanna be pushy. Good luck.
