Description
Makes various changes to the "Scaedumar" mod for warband. These go as:
1. Changed most troop trees.
2. Added historical names to select troops.
3. Changed the faction names on the overview map.
4. Increased bandit party sizes in most cases.
5. Increased individual troop power for more interesting battles.
6. Upgraded most troops armor.
7. Made use of the "Flintlock pistol" and "cartridges" items that were added in Abhuva's warband Alpha-mod "Scaedumar".
8. Edited some menu dialog including beginning of game script.
9. Made the troublesome "belligerent drunk" in some taverns without equipment of any kind, and with poor stats and no weapons.. (purely for entertainment.)
10. For a full list of all the other features search "Scaedumar" in search box.
NOTE: This is not a realism mod, do not, I repeat.. Do not download if you are looking for realism.
P.S.: Do not expect a masterpiece of a mod, I have never modded before. :-|

This should spice up Abhuva's Scaedumar a bit.. ;-)
I used the "Unofficial Troop Editor" tool in this mod. +Thorgrims Tools

Hello...

Sorry for my terrible english, but im hungarian :roll:

First of all, this is really great mod...but. I have two question.

My party speed - in the map - decreased by time to time. This is reasonable, but what about the other party ?! They not tire, just me? :cry:

The polished landscape my favor long ago...but in the Warband, have a desert - for the Sarranida faction - and a map tree still european type.
Otherwords...desert, oasis, and pine tree, or oak or something...this make me dissapointing. I want palm tree in the desert map! :hammer:

Anyway...thanks, and keep up the good work... :-)

1. Thanks for the positive feedback! It really gives me incentive to further modify warband :-D
2. The oak tree being used in the oasis areas was done in "Scaedumar" by Abhuva, I have no knowledge of fixing this but I'll look into it.
3. This feature is from Scaedumar as well, and I wish there was a way to turn it off. Its really annoying. Until I learn to fix this.. Resting will regain your party speed. :-(
4. Something that gets me along faster in the game is to increase the time value. Go to your Warband folder, then the folder "modules" then Druhtinaz. inside what you downloaded should be a .ini file called "module" open it, and find the "Time multiplier" from .25 to .75.. or Whatever you want. >:)

got some questions/statements/answers
1. the trees are blue lol (not just this mod but still
2. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT PUT THE TIME MULTIPLIER ONTO 100+, i got caught by 93 forest bandits 4 times
3. When you ask "can you adopt/sponser me line", the line in i wish to ask you something, i had Count Clais on 50 and he said "because i dislike you i will not adopt you", so can you get adopted?
4. can you change the names of the guys, it would make it heaps better
5. can you fix the bug in tulga, i cant get to the tavern without it closing
6. can you finally change the way that vagris gets men, at curaw it have 1000 men, at rivagec had 900 men and revaydin had 1000 men without anyone in it so can you fix that

1: check your graphs, if it doesnt work try changing the settings in the startup menu via "Configure>video"
2: made me lol. Yes you probably shouldn't set to 100. I usually have it at double the original, or .75. It is just a little feature I included in the descrip to help speed up your game(s). :-)
3: Some bots are different than others, some will adopt, some won't. It's based on the current setting. Try reloading the game and asking for adoption.. Beyond that no idea. ._.
4: Yes matter of fact I can change their names if I tried really hard, yet this is still an early version of the mod, probably will get to it next patch.
5: No idea why that bug occurs, seems consistent in a few other mods.
6: I should probably get around to fixing that this weekend. You're right though, the Vaegir's have wayyy too many men (probably added an extra digit :oops: )

Through my extensive sizeable knowledge of medieval germany and italy, I have mixed up and completely got the names of 2 vital empires wrong. Fixing immediately. :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:
