* All factions, troops, and features ported, with minor adjustments and inclusion of Warband items in certain cases
* Formations (with configurable keys: J to follow you, K to follow Standard Bearers, U to cancel)
* Mounted Standard Bearers and kingdom heroes become part of formation when dismounted

* Tournament items changed: Crossbow is now Blunderbuss, jousters get maces.
* Each town gets its faction's armor/helmet in tournaments, mostly color-coordinated (now by Heraldrics)
* Tournament fighter retinue expanded with regional/town/faction troops and other heroes

* Faction-specific equipment now only available in its own towns
* Bandits and deserters now infest villages according to their region
* Village defenders depend on faction and improvements (and affects rate of raiding) - in addition icons will change properly
* Losing battles will cause you to lose more items - however you are able to loot freely after winning
* You can now whack people with your gun by pressing X to switch to melee

* You can recruit faction town troops as mercenaries if you own the town of a defeated faction
* You can also recruit faction volunteers in taverns
* You will now be addressed as a peer of the realm when you pledge allegiance and receive an item in addition to bodyguards
* Standard Bearers now increase morale and decrease upgrade costs
* Many patrol command options
* You can recruit faction town troops as mercenaries if you own the town of a defeated faction
* New repurposed bandit lairs and corresponding dialogs/scenes
* Lancer weaponry switch from Hatonastick, CryptoCactus, xenoargh, rubik, Caba`drin et al.
* Rescued prisoners and routed troops will reinforce friendly centers
* Custom Battle includes 3 tiers, new and old heroes, 10 factions and MP battle + SP siege maps
* You can meet startup merchants later in your adventures and buy surplus items
* Custom troops and other features available from training grounds
* Duel lords with any type of weapons
* Item mending and custom troop equipment from merchants

It's too goddamn peaceful. Nobody's at war with ANYONE. And if they are it's the goddamn Laurians versus the Imperials or the Russians fighting the Swads, but nobody touches the Ormeli Empire. Can anyone tell me how to tweak the diplomacy? I'll do it myself.

overall i've played this mod the most!!!!!!! :green:
its inspired me to become a modder!!!!!! :green:
only one problem.........

No, trust me, you don't. Download it again - the executable for 1.126 was replaced without changing the version number. So do it again.

I downloaded patch 1.126 again and still the same.

I've added new weapons and armor, but i don't know how i can have them appear correctly in the "find an item" cheat

If you've added them via the module system, then there should be no problems at all. Otherwise, open up menus.txt and increase the bolded values by the number of items you have added. No guarantees that it will work.

great mod, but there is a small bug i found. On the save a prisoner mission, after i shot the guard and talking to the prisoner. when i try to go outside. i spawn on a wall and i am wearing my own gear, not the pilgrim wear. and when i go to the prison, i can talk to my self :P.

Also after some extensive use of this mod, the game crashes when i go in to a battle. it does not matter whether its an campaign battle or a custom battle.

anyway if you could fix the little prisoner mission bug , and a bit of help on the battle problem, that would be great.

Prisoner mission bug is already fixed in the next version.
The battle problem is probably from updating to 1.127. If you've played for an extended duration, then it may be a memory leak (not a module problem).

There is some weird bug I'm experiencing where me or any of my companions can die randomly even if they didn't take damage. I upped my stats so that I was near invincible to make sure and I died about 5 minutes into a battle with full health. Besides that the mod is epic, gunpowder really changes the game in an awesome way. Line vs Line is really fun.

Found out why I was randomly dying, the Imperial State's Cannoneer does an ungodly amount of damage. I'm gonna tone down the stats for the unit and weapon so it can't wipe 10 troops with one shot. Also I have 1.127 and it works perfect for me, none of the bugs mentioned above happen to me.

Hey, the mod is awesome, until i updated WB to 1.127 every since i dled 1.127 I've been crashing alot. From killing the first bandit to visiting taverns and cities/villages, i just crash whenever I do most things. Hlp would be appreciated :) TY.

And, I don't know if this is a bug or not, but, I can't catch lords or commanders.. One of lords gave me the "get a lord as prisoner" quest, but I tried about 20 times, and haven't cought any.. So?
