Description
I AM USING THIS GAME TO LERN A LITTLE PYTHON IM NOT A PRO SO BARE WITH ME

the First Mod I ever Released - it still has its bugs but me and my friends like it so.... here you go have fun (much more stable version)


IMPORTANT : the last upload was missing some particles so i have reuploaded the correct mod file


i also made it a RAR file instead of a zip so it weighs less



this mod is for warband version 1.25 (sorry but my whole source is on 1.25 last time i had alot of problems with the 1.13 version conversion [rime])


**one question do you think the assassins should be an elite unit for the sarranid like the Hashsin of persia ?**

change log:

0.53

- you are able to give troops to whoever you want ,friend or foe for now (in the future this will be restricted to lords who like you and it will bring you lots of cash)

- amount of mercenaries in the towns changed (groups of 25 - 35)

- Less groups of bandits of all kinds

- alot of stablization work

- little bug fixes

- Rhodok have had an overhaul to their look they're a cross between english and some other european nations - they look nice (so far all but the sarranid have been changed ,

Keherits very Slightly)

- 7 new npc's to recruit in tavrens thanks to Malikfaris for his source (in addition to the regular ones)

- removed leftover cheats in dialogs (left the cheat menu at camp at the request of a few people this are the ONLY cheats left in game) - add gold \ xp \ party xp \ renown \ honor

etc'

- in camp you have a helper menu where you can recruit men or find items with (both cost money this time) - not yet what i was aiming for but on its way

- removed wizards for now (until i can make them stable)

- removed a few magic artifacts that didnt work properly (until i can get to work on their scripts - there are still a few left)

Main changes:

- vagiers are some sort of eastren european nation ( really liked this one) , they're main disadvanted is lack of archer type units (for the player)

- Nords are really cool in my opinion ( skelton masks and helmets with horns etc') - made riders here too

- mercenaries can be turned into paladins ( neet armor \ helmet and sword ) and assassins (Ninja like Units) - both are very powerful (assassins have less armor but are faster)

- you get abit more Relationship points from missions

- recruitment from villages depends on the current faction of the village and not the Original faction

- a couple of little fixes


- at the request of some player i did leave a few cheats in it

1.Paladin Sword \ Yaar's Glory sword ( name sounded cool to me) - VERY POWERFUL SWORDS

OSP_Armor ( Thick1988) and Communityhelms - couldn't find a name to thank you but this is beautiful work
and the WoT_Zeligs_mod_0.4 without it i would have never found this great equipment

Note:

- if you create your own empire ,the default troops you will get are swadians ( this is default) i wont change it until i find a way to make your faction the one you choose to go to at
the beginning

- i tried to make the villages produce more recruits and for the most part it works execpt the Text message that appears doesnt always tell you the real Amount - will try to fix this

IM ONLY RELEASING IT AS IT IS WITH THE "CHEAT MOD" BECAUSE PEOPLE ASKED ME (I DONT LIKE IT LIKE THIS BUT I HAD NO TIME IN DOING SOME MORE WORK)

hope you like it its the frist time i ever used python for codding

oh and i forgot to thank Morgh for his tools (at first i added items and troops through code but then i found this wonderful tool and it felt like christmas)

this is by no means a mod to the great standard that has been set just a FUN mode

plz could u convert this to m&B 1.011 cause this would be so good and fun to play but was great on warband too(only bad thing was i have on trial version of warband)so thats all about it now

i only changed troop trees for the Player and a bit of names
the NPC Lords still get all the troops thats why i went with LOOK

added the beginning of my work on the helper menu (for now its just a "cheat mod")
in the future you could (for a larger sum) recruit troops and even find items for yourselfs it will cost you but it would be easier then waiting for a village to reanable you to recruit from it ;-)

MODDERS :
hi guys \ girls
i was wondering i set the menu scripts for each of the Caravan choices and added

(assign, ":player_faction_culture", "fac_culture_1"),
(faction_set_slot, "fac_player_supporters_faction", slot_faction_culture, ":player_faction_culture"),
(faction_set_slot, "fac_player_faction", slot_faction_culture, ":player_faction_culture"),

for each caravan a diffrent culture but it seems to revert back to culture_1 (swadian)
what am i missing??? :?:

do you mean like the armor except on banners in the middle of a war
well you can make white banners then take the script from the heraldic_mail
make them as weapons and have some banner unit
OR
have one of the armor makers build the banner straight into the armor
either way you need someone to build a white banner especially for this

im afraid i have no Texturing knowledge so i cant help you there just a scripter (not much of a scripter at that :D)

Hey, great mod but I dont exactly like the way you have thrown most of us Veagris players into a somewhat unknow territory since their skirmish/ archer line was preety handy with the bow and I dont like how that has been changed. Just a little thing to think about.

well i haven't REALLY removed them, just removed them for the player but this is easily fixed if you want

hey there. i dont know if this forum even active. i bought MB too late but its still an awesome game and now im testing mods to find the best. downloaded newfeelmod and i like it a lot. its not so hard but not as easy as original native too. one issue tho that i wanted to share. i see you tempered with guild master dialogue menu and i cant get start enterprises in towns. any ideas..?!
