This mod attempts to reflect the reality of 13th century Europe. The starting point of the journey is year 1257 AD and attempts to be as historically accurate as possible. From this point on the player and NPC lords shape this land and fight for supremacy and control of the continent.



This installer does not include music, music is here

The mod is currently compatible with Warband 1.126 single player, and it is to be considered in alpha stage. Bug reports and suggestions are welcome!

Goals

- historically correct map with accurate trade routes
- historically accurate persons
- historically accurate castles
- realistic and engaging combat
- AI and player armies that reflect the reality of 13th century, no top tier troop armies, peasants and low trained troops are your basic soldiers. For the AI this is implemented through how they recruit soldiers, for the player upkeep help to enforce this rule.
- knight/nobility armour is unique. Each knight has a unique costume with a matching barded horse, each lord has a historically accurate coat of arms which is displayed on his equipment (wherever historical information has been found)
- visually pleasing environment

Oh yeah and most amazing mod in the history of mods except for the slight discrepancies such as bugs etc..but honestly even if i had to restart this mod every 10 mins i played i would :D and i am :lol:

Please can someone help me? i created my own kingdom, i have 2 castles, 4 viliges and one town - marakesh...if i wanted to move my court into the town from castle, i had to go find some velvet and tools, so i took a tour across middle europe and while searching for velvet i took some missions. after finishing those quests i arrived to marakesh and in the town´s castle i found my own character...wtf...he is acting as i take claim to his trone...what can i do? can anyone help? and also my list of characters is only from A to L letter...(sorry for english)

Anyway I am interested in how long did you have to play before you became a king and how. any points from you are more than welcomed thanks. im playing as the roman empire of nicaea and we r in war with the templars and like their castles r rlly strong and ours r rlly weak so u shud like work on more diversity through each factions town castles and villages

hi! sorry for my english but I'm italian..... I love this mod and I have a question: I notice that the lance brokes when you give a couched hit.....there is a way to avoid this?

I've downloaded this mod from several sites including the new SVN version at TaleWorlds and the language is never English. Instead, it is some symbolic language. It looks like random computer language symbols. I've tried M&B patch versions 1.132, 1.134 and 1.145 and no success. I'm running on Windows 7 x64. I'll try and post a picture....any detailed help at all would be great!!! ;-)

P.S. I'd post a screenshot showing and example, but idk how!

(Sorry for my bad english). Well I really love the mod but I have some bugs :-? .

1-When I was going to attack loters apears a RGL ERROR saying that cant find mesh: skybox_clear_08 :-( but I already fixed that :-D .

2-when I go to the cheatmenu (yes I use cheats) and go to "find an item", than in the fourth page the game crashes and I have to turn of my PC :-x . But I dont know if it just hapens to me.

3-Some times the game gets slower and when I quick-save the game closes and it doesn't save :-x but I also dont know if it just hapens to me

Could someone help me please :?: I'm using version 1.134

My ideas for the mod :idea: :

In the game I think that you should put more trops (for example you could put portuguese serfs in the portuguese vilages...)
In my opinion you could add the best armors of native expasion
You should finish the map
You could put more river passages
Misses the Jordan river in the crusader states
Lisbon should be more closer to the sea and when take a walk on the city it should have a river or sea next to the walls.
This one is not an idea. In the map there are one city and one village(or castle) with the same name(Tripoli)

These are my opinions :-).

The things I like from the mod :green: :

The map
The citys on the map
The sea batles and I like to move on the sea
The arenas
The batle map and the trees
The formation on the batles

And many other things :-D

So keep going with this great mod :pint:

and beginning of 2012 year, i began to make mod.

i decided to make crusader mod.

but i could not find good items..like in your mod.

yes..there are also good osp items.. but that is not various..

so,,, i want to get permission from you.

may i use some items in your mod?.
there are many good items...haha;;....i wish to use them.. :-) :-D

PEOPLE!!!! Every problem with crush is about bad installation of mod which means its your fault or bad configure of your pc\os. Here you have site where is everything written how to make this mod working and i preasume it can help also with oter mods. From myself i can only add that you dont need to have 3 gb's of ram to make it work, my pc now have 2 gb's and this mod still working without crush! so here you have it how to make it working!!!!! http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,131274.0.html For lazy ppl i can tell you 2 things you should have 3gb's ram (i have 2 and its still working) 10 gb's of virtual memory and file boot.ini customized. I DISCOVERED WHY THE MOD CRASHES WHEN YOU SAVE!!! (my english is not the best one)

If you have a computer of 32bits it crashes :-(
But, if you a computer of 64bits it doesn't crashes :-D

I have two coputers (one of 32bits and the other of 64bits). I installed the mod in both computers and saved the game very times.
Result: it is above...

You can trie by yourself if you have two computers like me...

GAME WONT CRUSH CUZ OF 32 bit system!!! Read what i wrote few posts higher... YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR WINDOWS USE 3GB of RAM and you can do this by editing boo.ini !!!!!
