MATRIARCH v.03 MOD, BY TRONGAR.
Title: Rising of Ribhinn

VERY IMPORTANT
THIS VERSION HAVE SEVERAL BUGS.
BUT I UPLOADED A FIX, WHAT OVERWRITE THE WRONG FILES
AND WORK WELL.
tHE MOD IS NOW PLAYABLE, IS YOU INSTALL THE FIX (IN THE REPOSITORY).

I tested the mod several days and now work well. These and others bugs are fixed now:

-Fixed the bug of the training fields (cut names in the sceneobj).

-Fixed the bugs of the music and the sounds files (the "m_" and the cut names),

-and the RGL error from map_icon_materials and map_icon_textures brfs, have now the full names.

-No red warnings at begining a battle, about the scripts or
another issues.

-Each king, queen. lords or ladys of the war have their correct faction.
The merchants, armorers, etc are money and their own items or goods for sale.

New textures and lods addon.
THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE
The Ribhinn, a kingdom of warrior women, ruled by the Queen Rhona, and their vassals, ladys of the war, their mistress,
their village druidess, and their troops, an army combining ranged and melee disciplines, and an incredible horse's mounting
style, only improved by the amazons.
The kingdom of Rhodoks is finished, destroyed after the female conquest, and the citys, castles
and villages of the new kingdom have now new names, in gaelic. "Dun" mean fort or castle. "Tir" is land or country.
Ex.Tir na Coille mean the land of forest, Dun an Foraire mean the castle of the sentinels, etc.
The names of the queen and ladies of the war are also in gaelic language, from the celtic mithology and other sources
(scottish and irish first female names).
The barbarian women and the other outlaws keeping their attacks versus the kingdoms.

I Implemented the next improvements from other modders:

-Battlefield Tactics kit. Multiple formations per team+command revamp! of Mirathei (only in the battle scenes in open fields).

-battlefield morale of Chel

If you don't like fight in tactical formations, or see your troops or the enemy flee in terror, then
open the folder addon call "no tactics and moral", copy the two files (mission_templates and scripts) y paste in the
directory of my mod.
overwrite both.I add other folder (tactics and moral) with the two files.
The control keys for the tactical formations are: J, K, U, P in combination with the default native controlls and commands.

Some new features:
From the Guardians Party mod of Nema some female clothes and female voices.
From Korana, modder of Morrowing, some textures of female clothing and armor, retextured by me.
From the LPotD plugin for Oblivion, two helmets. I remodeled and retextured some variations.
New shields and helmets, modeled and textured by me for the Ribhinn army. Others armors, some mine and
from the comunity M&B, most retextured by me.
From the Luigi weaponpack, some helmets.
More details in the file call thanks.

Amazons now calling Horse sisters and their troops are Amazon sisterhood.
Highlanders and Mistys have now some more balanced skills, weapons and armors.
Horned Barbarians idem. New helmets for the picts, with more visual impact, i think.
Some lot of lods for the new items and armors, improving the framerate if you fight in a battle of 80 or more soldiers.
More single bugs fixed. New walkers in the citys and the villages. New banners, redesigned some olds from the version 02.
Mounted new Icons for the picts and the amazons in the strategy map.


The Mod is very freely inspired from the events of the ancient history, the celtic and others mithology
and much of my own imagination.
Thanks to my historian friends, the lot of data, and historic documentation.

Good Morning:

I need your help, I downloaded the ver 3.0 Rising. No matter what I have tried I still get an RGL Error during the INI File loading process. I extracted the files to a folder and then I copy them to the modules folder. I extracted to the files to a folder I created inside the modules folder. I included music files, and so on. I do not see any problems with the ini file. so I have run out of things to do to get the mod going. Have any sugestions? Thank you for your time.

this mod seems like fun, but when I drop it into my modules folder (as I do with all other mods) it doesn't even show up on my module list in my launcher >< any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi guys,
I just downloaded and got this mod working.
Here is how I did it : -
1) Extract the zip file to where ever you downloaded it to.
2) Inside your Matriarch 0.3 Rising of Ribhinn folder open the
folder named Mount&Blade. Inside there are 2 folders - music
and Modules.
3) Open the music folder then copy and paste all the files to
Programs/Mount&Blade/music.
4) Now open the Modules folder - there should be a folder named
Rising of Ribhinn. Copy this folder to Programs/Mount&Blade/Modules.
5) Go back to the Matriarch 0.3 Rising of Ribhinn folder and copy the
screens folder to Programs/Mount&Blade/Modules/Rising of Ribhinn
folder.
6) Now for the RGL error. Go to Programs/Mount&Blade/Modules/
Rising of Ribhinn folder. There should be a Resource folder. Open
the Resource folder and find a BRF file called MAP_IC~2 - rename it
map_icon_matriarch_materials now find the BRF file called MAP_IC~3
- rename it map_icon_matriarch_textures

If you have followed the instructions you should now be able to play.
There are so other minor problem related to the loading of certain areas
when entering a battle but they don't stop the game.

Beagan agus a ra go maith.

Another thing: Open the file music.txt of my mod. Many lines start with "m_"
Delete "m_" or orginal music does not sound. Save, and save. This will also hear the tracks added.

The mod does not appear in the launcher? the mod is not the folder that you extract the zip. Inside are several folders with information to install and a folder called Mount & Blade. Inside is Modules and music. In Modules are
the mod called "Rising of Ribhin". Copy it and paste it into the Modules folder of the game. Maybe you should wait a few days until you upload the mod with the bugs fixed
Excuse me for the problems and bugs. It was an oversight, my pc changed the long names of files were copied them for the upload previous night and I did not. I've already solved. I'm testing with care not to fail again. The mod is now working well. In a few days send the upload without error. Meanwhile, I also found errors in the training camps. You can replace them with native sco files and I think it will work. As for music, opens the music txt of the mod and delete the "m_" at the beginning of each line and original music will sound more tracks added.

Hello trongar, fun mod, but several bugs that I hope can be fixed in next update.The only faction join-able as a vassal is Swadia.Queen Rhona is listed as a vassal of Lord Mirchaud of Swadia and also listed as leader of the Vaegirs,but not her own faction.king Ragnar is listed as a vassal of Lord Plais, a Swadian.Lord Clargus, a Swadian, is listed as head of the Khergits.All the dialogues are messed up, including the companions, they have dialogue normally belonging to other companions.Every leader points you to Swadia if you want to join a faction.

A script error is probably causing this;

At script:add_log_entry

Constant red text repeating this on screen, no battle reporting because of the flood of error messages. Some of the merchants have no items or money, for instance, go to the weapon dealer and it comes up barkeeper instead, no weapons or money to buy stuff.

I think it's fixed now. There is always a string or when someone called Lord to a lady. I have been several nights almost without sleep to fix it. I was surprised especially because the version what I play at home works well.

Hello again trongar, take your time, it's a lot of work making the mod and you've made a nice one, I'm sure it'll be great when done, your work is appreciated. If you want, you can pm me on the TaleWorlds forum, I have the same user name there. I had a Spanish speaking friend translate Pictona's and Silvana's speeches in the strings.text file to English for me. I couldn't find anything there for Safo, maybe that might be causing a problem?

Anyway, I'd be glad to pm this translation to you if you'd like, you're probably very busy with other things. It might take me a day or two to type up. I'm a bit slow typing. I hope I'm not bothering you with this, I'd like to help if I can.

Thank you very much for offering your help. The truth is that I needed someone to translate the dialogues of Pictona and Silvana. The friend who was going to translate, it has had to go to the USA, where he lives, and have not had time. Let me know when you have the translation, so I send it to my hotmail or if you prefer to downloads storage. So I can implement it with the modular system. Safo by replacing Artimener now
I think I found the main module fault, thanks to data that you sent me. It was because of two testings of different versions that I had to mix with the modular system. In one version were implemented combat tactics and morale of combat, and not in another. As always I have multiple versions saved, I was playing good, while i had sent the wrong to repository, by an oversight and I assume that fatigue.
I played all weekend, and there has been no major problems. Rhona Queen Ribhinn rules the kingdom, each king, his kingdom, and both subjects, the merchants and sellers of weapons and armor, have money and products for sale. I added some lods, reteturizado armor, and many other things, so the mod starts changing a bit.
If you downloaded version 0.2 since November, may have seen the document which explains (in Spanish, but with many images) how I did and was done for me and I took from other mods. Much of that remains in the current version.

Hello, i'm trongar. GOODS!
I uploaded a FIX to repository for the bugs of the wrong version of Matriarch 03 Ribhinn.
It's easy. Read the txt file inside the zip.
Really only must overwrite the wrong files or folders.
I tested and working fine, and the tactics and battle moral are implemented now in 5 battles scenes.
I boring so testing, and after fix well the mod,
I make a big lot of lods for shields, helmets, and others, and retextured, but these will be for the next version.

Pretty quiet around here.

I downloaded the mod and the fix - everything works.

Most of the figures look very good - Some like the Ribhinn archers are a bit grotesque and different from others in their tree - for example the javelin women.

Thanks for your feedback. Now I have no internet at home, so I took some time to respond to your message.

I've been busy with work. But something I could do with the mod. I've also spent a little time for Morrowind
using a 3D system very different.

average distance, because I notice and do not like. Now the battles have a very good screen framerate for a old pc.
Added a lod for the head of women, better modeling than the game itself, but

has more polygons, but I do not notice the passage of screens. Add more piercing, tiaras and hair.
I have improved many textures (high quality) but I think it improves the visual appearance. I must make some bumps.

I added some armor, helmets, gloves, boots, shields, but most are not made by
me. I had to ask permission for some and others I could not even contact the owners.
