Description
Kill The Infidel is mod for Mount&Blade v.1.011 -polish language version!

Place of action:
Holy Land apporx. 1190 A.D.

5 factions:
  • Kingdom of Jerusalem
  • County of Tripoli
  • County Of Edessa
  • Principality of Antioch
  • Dominium of Saladin

PARTIES:
  • Assasins (bandits)
  • Deserters(bandits)
  • JIHAD- allied with Dominium Of Saladin
  • Seljuk Patrol- allied with Dominium Of Saladin
  • Mamluk Guards- allied with Dominium Of Saladin
  • Order Of St.Thomas Of Akka with Richard The LionHeart - allied with Kingdom Of Jerusalem
  • Crusaders- huge parties allied with player party
  • all caravans protected by the strong order knights` units
  • traveling villigers also protected by the strong order knights` units

ADDITIONALLY:

- historical persons in game e.g Kings, Knights and others...
- historical names of the cities
- Jerusalem and Krak Des Chevaliers rebuilt
- all possible order knights present in a game: Templars, Hospitallers, Order of St.Lazarus, Teutons and many others.
- new armours specific to each faction
- new weapons
- new troops specific to each faction
- new companions (mostly historical persons) who can be found as prisoners in traveling parties all around the map
- you can now win approx.32.000 denars in a tournament
- traders in shops are never run out of money
- you can manage your conquered fiefs and get some loyal vassals
- you can change your banner during the game

SUGGESTION:
Start the game as the Hospitaller Knight with a hospitaller banner.

Downloaded this mod yesterday. Definitely it's slightly different than the rest , it has its own map (which is good) and the subject is great. I haven't played long, but having a horse with 60p of speed is ...a bit unreal, because it gives such a powerful charge even with the cheapest lance that when I fought as a 3rd lvl knight in one battle I jumped at least a dozen of levels up (against assasins). I still like it, but have played some 3 hours only. To the author:good work, just needs some improvements :-D (powodzenia!- good luck!).

I think you should add Hospitallers. And is starting the game as hospitaller knight just have banner? This mod isnt good just fix the bugs one is when you attack richard the lionheart rite when u hit him with ur weapon the thing quits

I really like your work. It's the best Crusader mod for M&B I have played so far. The only annoying thing is the wages bug, that has been mentioned by a few other users. Really hope you can fix this for us. (Oh! The length of the lances tends to make me shake my head. But that's alright. ;-) ) Otherwise: Great mod.

in the description picture you wrote "kill the IFIDEL", u forgot an "N". When you made this mod you were in hurry too, pls take it easy. It has a great pottential, crusader mod fits very well with M&B. I played one last year in a lower version of the game.
I hope you can fix the bugs (especially the wages one) and give a proper translation to the places and characters. I really want to play it.
REMEMBER !!! Names must keep their original, don't need translation.

P.S. - I was rude in the previous comment, sorry, but I was angry seeing that I can't play it.

Just by looking at the above description and comments, I can already conclude that this mod is far from v1.0.

v1.0 should be a finished product, with decent artwork, balanced gameplay, etc.

Not a beta version with large bugs (the loans), no balanced gameplay (lack of large bandits), language confusion (names should only be original when talking about a real name; titles and such (King, Lord, Castle,...) should be english to make it playable) and artwork that is only 50% done (upper banner misses a letter, the large menu screen is just plain ugly with that black background of your title).

Also, you might consider a new name, since "KILL THE INFIDEL" is just rubbish (what if you want to play a Turk, More or just don't get dirrectly involved in the whole Holy War/Jihad thing?).

Just advice ;)

Keep it up!

Edit: also, this is the heaviest file on the complete repository...
I suggest you remove all un-used models, textures, etc. that are probably still in there from Native ;)

I found the reason for that. Actually hard to call it a bug but the numbers don`t lie ;) The reason for that was that the parties "Crusaders" (approx 170 crusader knights in a party) which you can find in the south of the map (they are there believe me) were set as the player parties and it means that were also paid by the players money. The wages became higher and higher because more and more "Crusaders" parties were showing up on the map. Right now I`ll change it so that the "Crusaders" parties will be parties allied with Kingdom Of Jerusalem. I`ll paste the link to the update today.

I met the Crusaders every time I played the game. They are patroling right where you said they were: South of Jerusalem (sometimes very South sometimes not so much ;-) ).

As I said before: I really like this mod and I'm looking forward to playing it without that bug. (I will continue calling it a bug, because it bugs me - big time. :-D )
