Description
Warsword Fantasy Battles Mod

Warsword is a mod based on Warhammer fantasy battles game by Games Workshop.
This is total conversion of the original Mount & Blade , and it will not work on Warbands.

You will need these bug fix files too

FEATURES
Includes 11 factions Empire, Woodelf, Darkelf, Highelf, Chaos, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Skaven, Bretonnia, Orc and Vampire counts.

All factions with lots of new weapons, armours, mounts and troop types.

Map of the Warhammer world with most the major cities and castles in total 31 towns, 66 castles and 142 villages all with warhammer names.

Total of 24 hireable Warhammer NPC like Gotrek and Felix ,Malus Darkblade, Skarloc and a few new ones too all with new Dialog and background story.

To install new races
This is a mod for the original Mount & Blade "ONLY"

To get the special races working properly you have to do the following

open program files and then Mount&Blade folder.

Move The Original folder called "data" in Program Files\Mount&Blade to somewhere safe DO NOT detele as you will not be able to play other Mods or native.

Move the folder in Mount&Blade\Modules\warsword called "data" to Program Files\Mount&Blade .

PLAY and Enjoy

You will have to change the data folders over again to play other mods or native .

Erm... the dwarves can't be defeated, we always knew this but the only way I could damage one in combat is with my horse charging; Swords or polearms seem to go right though them :shock: . Anyway I love the many types mounts and other items (GREAT JOB) but I still need to be able to beat dwarves to win those Tourney medals. :lol: Looking forward to more!!

The Dwarfs Do work AND can be killed as can all of the new races , you must of installed it wrong .

Pls help, I have a problem. When I click the download, the file type show me the HTML Document, not WinRar Archiver. It happens to me in some modes. What do I do that I took off mode as WinRar Archiver and that I could play it?

There is a requirement of "10" on the warplock pistol/musket, I made a character with 10 everything and still could not meet whatever requirement it asks for. What do I need 10 of in order to use the guns?

No offence Dell, but please share with us your trick to kill the dwarves... Got the same problem... only horses can kill em, though I didn't try shooting em yet ;)

I solved the problem, I installed Mozilla Firefox, and it works. It looks like a problem to the Opera.

Dwarfs and Goblins unhitable than u need copy the data folder (from warsword mod folder) to mount and blade installation folder

hey ive bin with mb since nearly the beggining and yet i have no how to install this mod properly ino you have got to swap the data files but i am unawar of how to find the original mount and blade data file? i have every mod ever made for mount and blade since .707 so its hard to find things in my mount adn blade folders. any help would be greatly apreciated this mod looks very promising.

Amazing game! I love it, thank you for making it :hammer: .

Patching the original warsword folder with the patch corrects the firearms requirement (for those who don't know)

Also some bugs I have found:

Caravans are still lead by caravan masters, despite the faction. When you capture a castle/town without being under any kingdom, you start your own kingdom of course, but there is no way to name it and it is named "Unexisting String!" by default.


I don't think it is just my computer, because I have tried it on two, but I've noticed a lot of lag or traffic when a battle is started and you are facing the opposing team. It runs smooth when I'm looking at anything else, but as soon as I turn towards the enemy it gets choppy and slowish. I believe this wears off after battling for a while.

Whenever I capture a castle, the guards inside of it are always Greatswords. The lords who join me are random factions (which I don't mind - it is probably intentional.)

Another bug I found was that the Revered Old Sarus guy (the faction leader) has floating feet that stick out of his knees.

Lastly, would it be possible to allow alliances? :green:

i found a bug i belive the i can,t se this weapon tempered heavy dark elf sabre
it hits and so but i can,t se it

and can,t you but in som looters and stuf it to hard to find somfing to kill whit oat cheat

but agen i looooooooove the game :hammer: :hammer: :hammer: :arrow: me :pint: game up

and can,t you do so that you sit 1cm down on the dino it look EPICK FEL then you fley over you mundt

microsoft visual c++ runtime library


run time error !

this applicayion has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual wey.
plesase contack the application,s support neam for more infomation
