Description
FEATURES

4 types of bikes as mounts,

2 cars and 2 pick ups as mounts, (yes they are driveable)

and 1 hoverboard as a mount.

lots of guns, laser weapons and melee weapons added .

lots of armours , helmets and clothes added. (not many native ones left in mod)

4 types of mechs as troops.

new aliens , robots , demons and mutant animals as troops .

new mercenaries .

5 new factions , The Coalition , Cyberworks , The Pecos Empire ,Federation of hell and The Xiticix .
all with new troops .


troops Continue fight after you fall.

ENTRENCHMENT KIT.

Battlefield Tactics kit.

TO INSTALL
you need to do this if you want the mechs to work properly

open program files and then Mount&Blade folder.
unrar mod to Mount&Blade\Modules.

Move your folder called data in Program Files\Mount&Blade to somewhere safe DO NOT detele as you will not be able to play other mods or native.


Move folder in Mount&Blade\Modules\wastelander beta called data to Program Files\Mount&Blade .

PLAY .

you will have to change the data folders over again to play other mods or native .

or use iron laucher http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=1501

Ok i keep getting "Unable to open file: CommonRes\costumes_a.brf" any idea how to solve this because i get it on every mod i download. :?

Bugs (if you can call them that)

1. some of the talking still mentions the old realms like swadia, vaegris etc if you could change them it helps
2. there are no horses, so it should be auto trader or vehicle trader or whatever
3. If possible make the "charge-area" of the cars/trucks etc bigger....I mean when you charge you only hit with the middle area (like a horse) also being rundown by a vehicle should do more damage

suggestions

1. change the music, its not fitting for the game - if you need help I can help you out on this
2. cars & bikes don't do same sound as a horse

apart from all that, thanks alot for this mod and for your time :)

:-D Hi, I was just so impressed by the wastelander mod, the aliens, demons and cars and guns were just so foreign compared to every mod available for download,seriously, this mod has HUGE POTENTIAL. And i was curious if you are still finishing editing, or are close to giving us the final version of this awesome mod.

Its really fun and has huge potential if it becomes finished.
I've had huge fun playing this, and so have many others, and WE were all wondering if you will finish this mod for us.

Easy way instead here are the easy steps
1:Download the mod
2:Save it to desktop
3:if its a zip open it and extract to your mount&blade folder
4:Play

those are really easy steps

How did you make the cars, bikes, and hoverboard so smooth riding? From modder to modder. ;)

Also, any interest to port this to Warband? I LOVE this mod for 1.011, but it would be more popular if it were ported to warband. :)

Well, the first of all, I like it. But ... (There's always "but" thing :lol: )

Found some bugs. I know it's beta but you could use this to improve it into alpha.

1. The car (bike) sound like a horse when someone cut it.
2. The icon on the map is a horse with a flag. Can you use an icon of car of a bike to replace it? Think about it.
3. The food ... It's just same old food. I saw there laser guns but I still eat same old meat and cabbages. You can put there some "space" food or something like that.
4. The map ... It's just a same old map. Change it, add different names of cities, add new lords (names) and rulers too. Change bandit parties too and it will be a different.
5. Moral and party size ... Hmmmm, this appears to be problem with most of good mods for Mount&Blade. You can try to boost it and to give player ability to raise a big armies. I mean, the "kings" can raise over the 300 men and their moral is always strong. Try to use something like in "Blood" mod.

This was just a friendly council. Hope you'll like my ideas.

I like your ideas, and I'm not even the dev!

Acutally, from what I last heard, Del was working on his Warsword Conquest mod, and a port of this to Warband with more features.
