This might be interesting!
The Astorionar Adventure Mod will bring you to the world of Astorionar,
where you will experience a unique adventure. What you will do will have a sense!
Discover the world with new kingdoms, places, persons and a main storyline
to follow. You won't have the freedoms, you have in common mods, but a lot of fun!

That's a bug many had. You have to get a bad relationship to Oughnar.
The dialog only works, if you sneak into town.
The main mistake behind this is, that there's no war between Zal. and Oug..
But that will all be changed with the patch!

Castle Guard Glitch - How to get a quick bad relation.
Meet a lord from Oughnar.
Deliver your demands and enter the fight screen.
Your relation with Oughnar will decrease -3.
Click "Leave".
Then you can sneak into town and talk to the gaurd. :-D

This one is pretty cool, Hi all I'm new to the community first post. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to help with modding, I got some great ideas is there a general discussion forum? I can't seam to find one

You first have to enable Atlantis on the map with the quests.
Then it will appear! Right now it's just undiscovered and your
character doesn't know about it.
