Well I downloaded your tutorial but I can't get it to work, I have BitZipper for the RAR aspect of it but it keeps saying "Temp\bz-temp_2\replacing old animations with new ones tutorial.odt has no program associated with it, and no global file viewer has been configured. Cannot view file." Can you help me? It would be much appreciated. :-D

.odt is a file for Open Office. This is freeware.
Either you can download it, or have a look in this thread:

It contains exactly the same, as the file.
Have also a look on the secound page, if you are interested in animating...
