Description

New channeling system:
All weaves now take a certain amount of stamina to channel. A HUD bar shows how much stamina you have remaining. When the bar is blue you have enough stamina to channel the weave. If you don't have enough stamina the bar is gray. Your stamina automatically regenerates over time. To channel you will need to have a "connection to the source" item equipped. You get a "connection to the source" when you start the learning to channel quest. If you lose your connection you can talk to the person that gives you the learning to channel quest and they will give you a new one. You can switch between the weaves you know by pressing z, and the weave icon is displayed as another HUD element. The amount of stamina you have is determined based on your intelligence and you channeling proficiency. The rate that your stamina regenerates is based on you strength. The angreal rare item now increases the rate your channeling stamina refills.

Check the screenshots on the TaleWorlds forum post for a look at the new stamina bar and selected weave icon.

great mod needs more custom items for factions and the cahnneling skill is much to powerfull and the units are to easy to train up if it took like 6 or 7 teirs to get them tot eh point they can channel it would be a bit better or jsut make it less powerfull other then those two things love the mod cant waitr till the next version

great job! I have been patiently waiting for someone to mod WOT. I love being able to channel and destroy hordes of enemies just like Rand.
The difficulty part is not destroying your own troops with balefire. There should be alot more Trollocs.
Keep in mind this is a beta version, but very well done in it's current state. I can't believe the download number isn't higher than 10K.

Really good mod.
just made a Lucifer character and took over the world with my massive Trolloc army.
don't the spike wall or tower summon weaves work, though.

Both the spike wall and call tower ter'angreal should work. You don't have to equip them just make sure they are in your inventory and press the shortcut keys when you're in a battle. They currently only work in normal battles not in town or castle scenes.

ter'angreal instructions:
Spike Wall - use alt+w
Call Tower - use alt+t

I really like this mod. However, on that mission where you need to capture one of those Lords I get a bit frustrated as somehow they always escape after a battle, even when bound.

It can be tough to capture one. In default M&B there is only a 20% chance to capture any lord you have defeated in battle. I've raised that to 30%, but it still can take a while to capture one.

Great mod, but i found an annoying problem (don't know if it's a bug or not). The air blast weave doesn't work anymore. I used it in one battle. It said after a while that i was too tired to use it. Now in every battle, it says, "you are not carrying any bolts." Other than that, this is an excellent mod

yeah its too normal. when you did a skill , you used a bolt. if you use so much bolts is over.

The ammo for each weave should be restocked for each battle. Maybe try going into battle without the air blast weave and then re-equip it? I'm reworking the channeling system so this should be fixed with the next release.

Yeah, I'll try re-equipping in battle, but out of battle, it doesn't work. Same with all weaves. Also, the Dragon Bandit guys are stuck at their spawn point. They all just stand there, and you can only reach one of them.

But, on a positive note, I love the background music and the rare item announcements. Good luck with the next release

Yo. great mod. could do with a storyline though dont you think? an ongoing storyline...
kind of gets old without one. all mods get old if they dont have a storyline, and so few do. Beserk has one which is good ( bug ridden though ) anyway. i wont be downloading this mod anymore untill you include a story. That dude who teaches you to channel might be involved and some other characters.
peace.

this is one of my favorite mods, and that's saying something becuase I hate almost every mod.
there's one thing, though, adding new weapons would enhance the overall all quality.
but overall, I give it 5 stars.
