Description
With this tool you can get around the game's battle size limit of 25-100 and instead choose from 2-1000. Note that overly large battle sizes can very easily crash M&B if your computer isn't able to handle them, or at the least cause horrible slowdowns. Don't even expect to be able to have battles of size 1000 even if you have the latest and greatest hardware; that upper limit is that high to give plenty of leeway. If you experience crashes, you should lower the battle size.

Release 1.1 of this tool supports M&B versions as old as 0.700 up through the latest version (1.011) of Mount&Blade.

It is packaged in an installer and will optionally create a desktop shortcut.

How to use this tool:
1. Make sure to have run M&B at least once so the configuration data files are created.
2. Make sure M&B is not running when you use this tool.
3. Run this tool, choose your desired battle size, then save and exit.
4. When you next run M&B, the desired battle size will be set (which can be confirmed on the options screen).

Very great tool :

Advice for everyone : If you're going to have big battles and you experience lag , go to options (In game) set the Rag-Doll bodies to 0 and the Bodies to unlimited. This will disable the Rag-dolls but WILL WORK MUCH MUCH BETTER , no more laggy moments ,trust me at least try it , this can be done during the battle. With no rag-dolls the bodies will fall on back like in the 0808 :) but it worth , no lag in battles.

There's two game imbalances with this one though.
Tactics skill will only have something to say when you're dealing with very very big armies.
Second is when sieging a castle, which then usually ends up with a bunch of people fighting their way to get in, all stopped by a wall at the top. Now that is okay, but with big armies there should either be more ways up, or if that is a problem for the AI, make the siege ramps and entrance alot bigger, to make room for bigger armies.
Tactics isn't a big deal, but I would really like to see more exciting sieging, and that's why I usually put numbers down again when sieging.

Anyways, this is a really great mod.

Is this mod save game compatible or do you need to start a new game?

Thanks,

Yeah, sorry about that. A configuration change on the server messed it up. It's fixed now.
