This is an edited item_kinds1.txt file that allows all of the Khergit and Steppe style armours to be sold by armour merchants in the game. This means that if you want to play as a Khergit, you can actually look like a Khergit. The armours have all been tweaked so they're balanced with the other vanilla armours in terms of price, weight and protection - the Khergit Guard Armour is roughly the equivalent of the Mail Hauberk.
