Description
Changes to add macemen, balance arrow damage, and add some Khergit stuff. Remarkably little for being two months in the making (I only worked with .txt files, still can't get Python working), so sorry people.

I have the texture issues with some shields too. The big Heather Shield and some Shields of the Steppe faction (IIRC the one of the Steppe Bandits, but im not sure)have a boken texture.
